13. Unplug the Line Outputs Zone 1 R & L RCA cable from the MCA-C5 and plug
into the R & L Source 1 Out jacks of the Audio Source Connections.
You should be hearing audio from the speakers which is coming from the
DVD player.
14. Press the S+ key on the RCK.
The RCK will display Source 2:
You will hear no audio from the speakers.
Remove the R & L audio cable in Audio Source Connections Out number 1.
Plug this same R & L audio cable into the number 2 ASC OUT jacks.
You will hear and view undistorted audio from the Audio Source Connections
Out jack number 2 of the MCA-C5.
15. Press the S+ key on the RCK.
The RCK will display Source 3:
You will hear no audio from the speakers.
Remove the R & L audio cable in Audio Source Connections Out number 2.
Plug this same R & L audio cable into the number 3 ASC OUT jacks.
You will hear and view undistorted audio from the Audio Source Connections
Out jack number 2 of the MCA-C5.
16. Repeat this process from Source 1 to Source 12.
a) You have moved the RCA cable from Source 1 through Source 12 and
observed the following conditions in stated in b) and c).
b) You hear and view undistorted sound when you move the RCA cable to
each source output.
c) When the relay clicks you hear no sound at the source you are connected
then move the cable to the next source and sound is present.
17. Plug the Line Outputs Zone 1 R & L RCA cable back into MCA-C5.
This is the cable you unplugged in Step 1 of this section.
18. Press the space bar to start the next group
19. Continue by performing the "Zone Paging" script.
