    Inspection Russound customers expect the best; defects are unacceptable. Inspect the Unit Under Test visually for any blemishes, missing pieces and visual indications that may cause concern. Passing visual inspection is a condition of passing full test. Correct any defect before passing the Unit Under Test; if Unit Under Test has defects that cannot be corrected, notify your supervisor.

    Ethernet Port 1. This Port will be fully tested at a future date. 2. We will confirm the Port LED’s illuminate after the MCA-C5 power is on. The Green LED closest to the Serial Port will blink several times after the MCA-C5 boots up.
  • Page 80 Connect the RJ45 cable going to the IR switcher to the Link Out jack. 12. Perform the same test, Steps 7 – 9, with the Link Out jack of the MCA-C5. 13. If you have a DB9 Switch, set the switch to the RCK DB9 port and continue to Step 16.
