Setting the handwheel scale

Proper setting
Lock the machine in place at position 2 ( p. 19).
 The handwheel is at the 180° position.

• Remove handwheel and belt cover ( p. 13).

Setting steps
1. Remove belt cover and handwheel ( p. 13), and take off the ridged
2. Loosen the screws (1).
3. Install belt cover and handwheel.
4. Lock the machine in place at position 2 ( p. 19).
5. Set handwheel (2) to 180° position ( p. 20).
6. Slide the hex key through the opening (3) into the adjusting screw and
7. Remove belt cover and handwheel ( p. 13).
8. Tighten the screws (1).
9. Install ridged drive belt as well as belt cover and handwheel.

the position of the handwheel on the arm shaft.
