CONVERSION KIT INSTRUCTIONS
COMPLETE THE CONVERSION:
9. Visually check pilot flame. Flame should envelope top of thermocouple and thermopile 3/8" (10 mm) to 1/2" (13 mm), and extend
onto burner far enough for proper ignition.
To Adjust pilot: Remove pilot adjustment screw from gas valve. Turn inner pilot adjustment screw clockwise to decrease or
counter-clockwise to increase pilot flame. Re-install pilot adjustment screw cover and tighten.
10. Turn burner and pilot off.
11. Affix Gas sticker over existing label on metal tag.
12. Re-install glass frame assembly and upper grill*.
13. Verify proper ignition and operation of fireplace.
14. Complete and affix „Gas Conversion‟ label behind lower grill.
* REFER TO FIREPLACE INSTALLATION MANUAL IF NECESSARY.
