● Installation of optional parts should only be
carried out by a qualified technician.

* If replacing only the rotary hook RP and the cap screw, carry out steps 1. - 9. below.
* Falls Sie nur den RP-Greifers und die Schraube ersetzen, führen Sie die nachstehenden Schritte 1 - 9 aus.

● Turn off the power switch and disconnect the
power cord from the wall outlet before install-
ing any parts, otherwise the machine may op-
erate if the treadle is pressed by mistake, which
could result in injury.
● Schalten Sie den Netzschalter aus und ziehen
Sie den Netzstecker aus der Netzsteckdose,
weil Verletzungsgefahr besteht, wenn sich die
Maschine durch unbeabsichtigtes Drücken des
Pedals in Betriebs setzt.

1. Remove the needle and the presser foot.
2. Remove the needle plate and the feed dog.
3. Remove the high-speed rotary hook.
4. Replace the cap screw
Tighten the cap screw

5. Install the needle and the high-speed rotary hook
After installing these parts, adjust the needle and ro-
tary hook timing. (Refer to page 109.)

6. Install the feed dog
7. Install the needle plate
Adjust the installation position of the feed dog
is in the middle of the needle plate groove.
8. Install the presser foot
9. Turn the lubrication adjustment screw while referring
to page 116.
10. Replace the thread tension stud base assembly
After replacing, adjust the thread tension and the thread
tension spring height. (Refer to pages 87 and 99.)
11. Remove the face plate, and then replace the presser foot

adjustment screw and the presser foot spring
Be careful not to lose the washer
1. Entfernen Sie die Nadel und den Stoffdrückerfuß.
2. Entfernen Sie die Stichplatte und den Transporteur.
3. Entfernen Sie den Hochgeschwindigkeitsgreifer.
4. Ersetzen Sie die Schraube
Ziehen Sie die Schraube
5. Montieren Sie die Nadel

igkeitsgreifer .
Stellen Sie danach die Synchronisation zwischen Nadel
und Greifer ein. (Siehe Seite 109.)
6. Montieren Sie den Transporteur
7. Bringen Sie die Stichplatte
Stellen Sie die Position des Transporteurs
sich der Transporteur in der Mitte der Stichplattennut
befindet.
8. Bringen Sie den Stoffdrückerfuß
9. Drehen Sie die Schmierölschraube unter Bezug auf die
Seite 116.
10. Ersetzen Sie die Fadenspannungsvorrichtung
Sie danach die Fadenspannung und die Spannungs-
federhöhe ein. (Siehe Seite 87 und 99.)
11. Entfernen Sie die Stirnplatte und ersetzen Sie die
S t o f f d r ü c k e r f u ß e i n s t e l l s c h r a u b e
