2 STROKE ENGINE AND THROTTLE SERVO INSTALLATION

1. With the engine positioned as far forward as
possible in the cutout mark the position of the
engine mounting holes on the engine mounting
rails. Mark the center of each engine mounting
hole with a center marking tool or beveled pencil
or pen. Ensure the mark is in the center of the
engine mounting hole.

2. Use a 1/8" drill bit to drill the engine mounting
holes into the engine mount.
Note: Drill the engine mounting holes as straight as
possible.
3. Gather the items shown below for engine instal-
lation.

4 - 6-32 bolts
◊
6 - 3.5mm flat washers
◊
4 - 6-32 lock nuts.
4. Place 2 of the 3.5mm flat washers onto the
mounting rails as shown. This will provide the
required right thrust.
Note: Slight trimming of the thrust washers may be
necessary to achieve proper fit.
5. Slide the 6-32 mounting bolts through the
mounting holes of the engine and install thrust
washers to front mounting bolt as shown below.
