Setting the Administrative Message

To display a message about the controller in the Device page for
all users to read:

Login as an administrator.

Administration

Click the
Device
The Device window opens.

In the Properties area, type your message in the
Administrative Message field.
This field allows a maximum of 39 characters.

Setting the Date and Time

Log in as an administrator.

Device

In the Date and Time area, click the drop-down menus and
select the month, day, year, hour, minute, seconds and AM or
PM settings.

Click the Time-Zone drop-down menu and select the
appropriate time zone.

Check the "Automatically Adjust for Daylight Savings
Change" box to automatically adjust the controller time
settings on the daylight savings scheduled dates.
Deselect to adjust time manually or for areas not affected by
Daylight Savings Time schedules.

Note: When you perform the previous procedure, TopAccess
synchronizes the date and time settings of the controller with
those of the copier.
