Setting the Date Format

This attribute specifies the format for displaying the date on the
copier.
Note: The default setting depends on the destination code of
the copier. For example, for Japan: Year/Month/Day Europe:
Day/Month/Year North America: Month/Day/Year.

In the Copier Settings window, click the Date Format drop-
down menu.

Select the date format you require. The options are:
Year.Month.Day, Day.Month.Year, or Month.Day.Year.

Setting Up How to Sort

This attribute specifies how the selected controller sorts copy jobs
using the finishing unit. The Sort option outputs all pages of the
first copy of a document, then all pages of the next copy. The
Group option outputs all copies of page 1, then all copies of page
2.

drop-down menu.
