Forming a Drip Loop for AP3965e Cables

Once the cables have been connected to the AP and the connections have been weatherproofed,

gather each cable below the AP, and form a drip loop as shown in Figure

Configuring AP3965 Channel Settings

The AP3965 must be installed by a professional installer. Before starting the installation, the

installer needs to determine and configure the following:

Note: The drip loop prevents water from entering the AP by channeling water down

and away from the connection points. Drip loops are required to ensure proper

operation of the AP.
