FT1000 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
SHROUDS
U. Install the L/H and R/H Shrouds using twenty ¼" flat washers and twenty ¼"
screws. The shorter side of the Shroud attaches to the threaded tabs welded
onto the round tube at the rear of the machine.
TRANSFER LABELS

Place the Pulley Carriage at the lowest position. It is recommended to do the
side with the step first.
The positions number 1 through 24 starting with 1 at the bottom. There are
three labels for each set of position labels.
Peel the transfer label with numbers 1-8 from the paper backing.
Locate the label vertically so that the bottom of the number 1 circle is even
with the top of the square tube at the rear of the Pulley Carriage. Locate the
label horizontally evenly spaced in the flat area of the obround tube.
Place the next numbered transfer labels above and in line with the first label.
Press the round numbered labels to the tube to ensure they adhere. Peel off
the clear plastic protective covers leaving the round yellow labels
W.
Attach Weight Labels in recess provided on front of Weight Plates. All the
recesses should be aligned and to the right as you face the weight stack.
