    It is strongly recommended that a qualified dealer assemble this Liberator Multi-Gym. Should there be any question during assembly contact your authorized Inflight Fitness dealer or call direct to 714 821 4177. Before beginning assembly read this instruction manual thoroughly. Unpack and verify all parts and hardware quantities against the parts and hardware lists.

  • Page 5 A. Insert GUIDE RODS into holes in BASE FRAME. B. Place 1 weight stack donut on each GUIDE ROD and allow to slide down to top of BASE FRAME. C. Apply lubricant to the GUIDE RODS from the WEIGHT STACK DONUTS to the tops of the GUIDE RODS.
  • Page 6 IMPORTANT: Before assembling the weight stacks locate the TOP WEIGHTS pre-assembled with the cable marked for the position you are assembling (marked CHEST PRESS for the CHEST PRESS station and marked LAT/SHOULDER for the LAT/SHOULDER station). G. Repeat procedure A through E for remaining 2-weight stacks. H.
  • Page 7 Note: For step A it is strongly recommended that another person be present to assist. A. Attach CHEST PRESS to bracket on TOP BEAM using 2-pillow block bearings, 4-1 1/2" bolts, 8- washers and 2-locknuts. Make sure that set screw side of bearings are facing outward. Finger tighten only.
  • Page 8 A. Attach SEAT FRAME to MAIN UPRIGHT using 3-3 3/4" bolts, 6-washers and 3-locknuts. See picture for correct location of holes. B. In the remaining hole of SEAT FRAME, install 1-5 1/2" bolt and 1-washer through SEAT FRAME and MAIN UPRIGHT. Then install onto the bolt 1-1/2” Barrel Spacer, 1-4 ½”...
  • Page 9 D. Attach SHOULDER PRESS to MAIN UPRIGHT (with handles angled downward) using 1-10 1/2" shaft. Tighten shaft collars, but not set screws in flange bearings. E. Align SHOULDER PRESS by viewing from front and rear, adjusting as necessary. Tighten bolts and set screws.
  • Page 10 A. Install 2-FLANGE BEARINGS in upper holes of BEARING PLATES on MAIN UPRIGHT using 2-4 1/4" bolts, 4-washers and 2-locknuts. Do not tighten. Note: Recommend help for step B and E. B. Attach LAT PULL to MAIN UPRIGHT (with handles angled downward) using 1-10 1/2"...
  • Page 11 D. Attach 1 end of LAT SPRING to bracket located on TOP FRAME using 1-1 1/4" bolt and 1-locknut. E. While having an assistant hold LAT PULL all the way up, use both hands to stretch LAT SPRING down and slide end onto LAT HOOK located on LAT PULL.
  • Page 12 A. Attach MULTI-LEG MAIN to MULTI-LEG BASE using 2-2 3/4" bolts, 4-washers and 2-locknuts. Do not tighten. B. Attach MULTI-LEG BRACE to MULTI-LEG MAIN and MAIN BRACE #1 using 2-2 3/4" bolts, 2-1 3/4" bolts, 8- washers and 4-locknuts. Tighten bolts from steps A and B at this time. C.

  • Page 14 A. Attach FOOTPLATE to LOW PULLEY ATTACHMENT TUBE and MULTI-LEG MAIN using 2 – 4” bolts, 4 – washers, and 2 – locknuts. Tighten bolts. B. Attach KNEE GUARD to BASE FRAME using 2 – 2 ¾” bolts, 4 – washers and 2 – locknuts. Tighten bolts.
  • Page 15 A. Attach SEAT PAD to SEAT SUPPORT using 2 – 1 ¼” bolts and 2 – washers. Tighten bolts. B. Attach SEAT SUPPORT to MULTI-LEG MAIN using 1 – 1/2” x 7” bolt and 1 – 1/2” nylock nut. Tighten bolt.
  • Page 16 C. Attach BENT LEG CURL HANDLE to holes at top of BACKPAD SUPPORT TUBES and to top of BACKPAD using 2-3 ¼” bolts and 2-washers. Do not tighten. D. Attach lower section of BACKPAD to lower holes of BACKPAD SUPPORT TUBES using 1-3” bolt and 1- washer.
  • Page 17 Insert a Roller Tube through each hole in the Leg Extension / Leg Curl Arm. Adjust the tubes so that there are equal lengths protruding from each side of the arm. Tighten the setscrews. G. Slide 1- 1” Plastic Washer and 1- Roller Pad onto each end of the tube.
  • Page 18 A. Attach 1-SIX SIDED PAD to SEAT STEM using 2-1 ¼” bolts and 2-washers. Tighten bolts. B. Attach 1-BACKPAD to BACKPAD FRAME using 2-1” bolts and 2-washers. Tighten bolts.

  • Page 21 B. Loop Multi-Leg Lower CABLE in half ensuring that BARREL END side of cable is toward LEG EXT. ROTATING ARM, and ROUND CLEVIS END is toward LOW PULLEY. Push LOOP under CENTER WEIGHT STACK (between WEIGHT STACK DONUTS). Push through approximately 48" C.
