Gently pull out the jammed paper to the
right.

Return exit cover H to its original position.
Paper Jams at Knob 4a (For Finisher C2 with Booklet Maker)

Open the front cover of the finisher.

Pull out unit 4.

Turn knob 4a counterclockwise (to the left)
and remove all of the loaded paper.

Return unit 4 to its original position.
5
Close the front cover of the finisher.
Note
• If the paper is torn, make sure no piece of
paper remains inside the machine.
• A message will be displayed and the machine will not operate if the front cover of the finisher
is even slightly open.
