3. Select Group Dial Setup.
Note:
If you want to edit a group dial entry that is already registered, select Edit Contacts.
4. Select an entry number.
5. Enter the group name within 30 characters, and then press Done.
6. Select up to 30 speed dial entries to add them to the group.
Note:
A check mark appears for each of the selected entries. To deselect, press the check mark.
7. When you have finished adding speed dial entries, press Done.

Registration and Backup of Contacts Using a Computer

Using FAX Utility, you can create a contact list on your computer and import it to the printer. You can also back up
the contact data stored in the printer to the computer. See the help of FAX Utility for details.
Contacts data may be lost due to a printer malfunction. We recommend that you make a backup of the data
whenever you update the data. Epson shall not be responsible for the loss of any data, for backing up or recovering
data and/or settings even during a warranty period.

Sending Faxes

Basic Fax Sending Operations

You can send faxes in color or monochrome (B&W). When sending a fax in monochrome, you can preview the
scanned image on the LCD screen before sending.
Note:
❏ If the fax number is busy or a problem occurs, the printer automatically redials twice after one minute. Press Redial to
start redialing immediately.
❏ You can store your default settings for sending a fax, such as the resolution, in the following menu.
Setup > Fax Settings > Send Settings.
