Enables or disables all guidance functions.
Clear All Settings
Resets the Guide Functions settings to their defaults.

Menu Options for Firmware Update

Select the menus on the control panel as described below.
Setup > Firmware Update
Update
Checks if the latest version of the firmware has been uploaded to the network server. If an update is
available, you can select whether or not to start updating.
Current Version
Displays the current firmware version of your printer.
Notification
Checks for firmware updates periodically and notifies you if an update is available.

Menu Options for Restore Default Settings

Select the menus on the control panel as described below.
Setup > Restore Default Settings
Fax Send/Receive Settings
Resets the fax settings in the following menus to their defaults.
Setup > Fax Settings
Fax Data Settings
Resets the contacts list for faxing (speed dial and group dial) and sender settings to their defaults.
Network Settings
Resets the network settings to their defaults.
All Except Network & Fax Settings
Resets all settings except for network and fax settings to their defaults.
All Settings
Resets all settings to their defaults.
