Under such circumstance, you must install a cooling fan on the heat
sink of the chipset or PWM to lower the operating temperature of
the chipset and system (PWM). After installing the cooling fan, the
temperature of both the CPU and chipset went back to normal.
Refer to the figure below.
When the CPU uses a water-coolant heat pipe, the CPU's load is
already 100%. However, this time, with a cooling fan to dissipate
heat, the CPU, chipset and system (PWM)'s operating temperature is
o
below 60 C. We strongly recommend using a CPU fan that provides
good heat dissipation with fan speed of at least 2000 RPM
(Rotation Per Minute).
