OPERATION

7.3 OPERATING PROCEDURE _____________________________________________

1.
You must not start the engine without the operator in the seat on the tractor.
2.
Do not operate the tractor and attachments with loose or damaged components. All components must be
included on the tractor. To get the best results, grass must be cut in dry conditions.
3.
First cut in a test area so that you completely understand the operation of the tractor and controls.
4.
Inspect the area and find the safest procedure for the vehicle. Check the height of the grass, the type of
terrain and the condition of the surface. Each area condition needs the applicable adjustments and
precautions.
5.
You must not direct the cut material toward persons near the machine. When the vehicle is in operation, do
not allow persons to stand near to the machine. The owner/operator is responsible for injuries caused to
persons near the machine and any damage to their property.
6.
Be careful when you cut surfaces that are near to gravel areas (roadway, parking areas, cart paths).
Stones released from the equipment can cause injuries to persons and damage the equipment.
7.
When you move across the roads or paths, disengage the cutter motors and lift the equipment. Check for
the traffic when you drive on the roads.
8.
If you hit an obstruction or if the machine causes vibration that is not normal, stop and inspect the
equipment for damage immediately. Repair damaged equipment before operation is continued.

This Equipment, Always Disengage All
Drives And Lower All Equipment To The
Ground. Engage The Parking Brake,
Stop The Engine And Remove The Key
From The Ignition Switch To Prevent
Injuries.
