Description
The status of WiMAX connection.
Base Station ID
Carrier to Interference-plus-Noise Ratio
[in decibels (dB)] - a measurement of
signal effectiveness. A greater value will
improve the connection speed.
Network security technologies and
protocols status
Maximum uplink transmit power
Maximum received signal strength
indication
Maximum Carrier to
Interference-plus-Noise Ratio
Time (in seconds) during which the unit
is connected to the BS
Possible values

Network Entry - the unit has just
been connected to the network

Operational - the unit is functional

Scan - the unit scans the network

Idle - the unit is de-registered from
the network, however will continue to
scan the network and keep track of
its location
Depends on the BS to which the unit is
connected
0-35 dB
Authorized - has authentication settings
Unauthorized - without authentication
setting
Depending on unit model: 5000, 7000, or
10000
