You'll see this message from your Dome Camera speaker settings
when it is not enabled:
Start or stop playing your voice through IP camera's audio output.
When you stop talking, people at IP camera will not hear you.
Note: You need a microphone connected to your computer, and
computer's mixer setting must enable microphone recording, or
there will be no output from the IP camera.
You'll see this message from your Dome Camera microphone settings
when it is not enabled:
You'll be prompted to enable it before use. Click 'OK' to setup
microphone.
