Limited Warranty Form - Pace ST 65 Operation & Maintenance Manual

PACE warrants that this equipm ent will be free of defects in m aterials and workm anship for a period of one
(1) year from the date of receipt by the first user.
This warranty does not cover repair or replacem ent required as a result of m isuse, m ishandling or im proper
storage. Failure to perform recom m ended routine m aintenance, alterations or repairs m ade other than in
accordance with PACE's directions, or rem oval or alteration of identification plates in any way will void this
warranty . This warranty is available only to the first user, but the exclusions and lim itations therein apply to all
persons and entities.
This warranty does not apply to consum able item s, such as tips, filter elem ents, hoses, collection cham bers
etc., except that heaters are norm ally warranted for a period of six (6) m onths from the date of receipt by the
first user.
PACE MAKES NO OTHER W ARRANTY , EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AND MAKES NO
W ARRANTY OF MERCHANT ABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PAR TICULAR PURPOSE.
PACE will, at its option, repair or replace any defective equipm ent or parts at its facility or other location
approved by it at no charge to the user, or provide parts without charge for installation by the user in the field
at user's expense and risk. User will be responsible for all costs of shipping equipm ent to PACE or other
warranty location for warranty service.
EXCEPT FOR THE REMEDY ABOVE DESCRIBED, UNLESS OTHER WISE REQUIRED BY
APPLICABLE LA W , PACE WILL HA VE NO OTHER OBLIGA TION WITH REGARD TO ANY
BREACH OF W ARRANTY OR OTHER CLAIM WITH RESPECT TO THE EQUIPMENT , OR
LIABILITY FOR ANY DIRECT , INDIRECT , CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENT AL LOSS OR
DAMAGE CAUSED BY OR OCCURRING IN CONNECTION W ITH ANY OF THE EQUIPMENT .

Do NOT return defective equipm ent or parts to PACE without obtaining prior authorization.
Any warranty or other claim with respect to the equipm ent m ust be m ade in writing and delivered to PACE
(or local authorized PACE Distributor outside the U.S.) within a reasonable tim e of the expiration date of this
warranty . Sufficient evidence of purchase and date of receipt m ust also be included, otherwise user's rights
under this warranty shall be deem ed waived.
