Reassembly Of Gear Shaft - Husqvarna 250 Workshop Manual

Montare il motorino di avviamento.
Mount the electric starting motor.
Reinserire il distanziale del pignone posizio-
nandolo con la sede per l'anello OR rivolta
verso l'interno.
Replace the pinion spacer with the O-ring
housing turned inwards.
Montare il pignone e l'anello di sicurezza.
Mount the pinion and the circlip.
Rimontaggio albero leva cambio
Verificare che l'albero non presenti tracce di usura sulla superficie e
nella scanalatura per il meccanismo di comando cambio.
Montare la molla, lubrificare l'albero con olio motore ed introdurre
l'albero nel basamento in modo che la molla sia orientata corretta-
mente con il perno del selettore.

Reassembly of gear shaft

Check the shaft for wear in the gear shift mechanism groove.
Mount the spring and lubricate the shaft with motor oil. Insert the
shaft in the crankcase in order to align the spring to the spring
selector pin.
