Rimontaggio albero motore
Pulire le canalizzazioni di lubrificazione. Lubrificare il perno di biella
con olio motore ed inserirlo nel semivolano.

Reassembly of crankshaft

Clean the lubrication ducts. Lubricate the crankpin with motor oil
and place it in
the flywheel.
Inserire il cuscinetto a rullini e lubrificare quest'ultimo con olio
motore. Montare la biella (fig. 2) ed il secondo semivolano (fig.3)
allineando i semivolani mediante una squadra.
Unire infine le parti con l'ausilio di una pressa.
Fit the roller bearing and lubricate with engine oil. Fit the connecting
rod (picture 2) and the second half-flywheel (picture 3). See that the
half-flywheels are aligned using a triangle.
Join all the elements using a press.
Unire i semivolani senza che le estremi-
tà del perno fuoriescano. Nel piantaggio
del perno, rispettare la quota "A" indica-
ta sulla figura 5. Verificare inoltre la
quota "B".
Press the crank discs together to the
same distance as the length of the
crankpin. Respect measure "A" shown
on picture 5 when fitting the coupling
pin. Check measure "B" too.

A = 0,45 ÷ 0,65 mm
(0,0177÷0,0256 in.)
B = 67,90 ÷ 67,95 mm
(2,673 ÷ 2,675 in.)
