4.4 Memory Module Replacement

The PPC is preinstalled with a 512MB DDR2 memory module. If the memory module fails,
follow the instructions below to replace the memory module.
Remove the back cover. See Section 3.5 above.
Step 1:
Remove the internal aluminum back cover. See Section 4.3 above.
Step 2:
Locate the DDR2 memory module on the motherboard of the PPC (Figure 4-4).

Remove the thermal pad off the memory module.
Step 4:
Remove the DDR2 memory module by pulling both the spring retainer clips
