250 Nm (25.0 kgf·m, 184.4 ft·lb)
11. Hold the flywheel magneto "1" using the
special service tools "2" and "3", and then
tighten the special nut "4" to the specified
torque.
After tightening, do not operate the engine
at a speed higher than idling speed for 24
hours.
TIP:
Use a hexagon bit socket "5" with a length of
150 mm (5.91 in) or more and a width across
flats of 12 mm.

12. Install the idle gear.
13. Install the dowel pins "1", a new gasket "2",
and the generator cover "3", and then tight-
en the generator cover ASSY bolts "4" to
the specified torque.

Drive coupling installation

Remove any grease from the threaded por-
tions of the transfer shaft and drive coupling,
making sure that the threads are clean and dry.
1. Install a new washer "1" and the drive cou-
pling "2".
Do not reuse a washer, always replace it
with a new one.
