4.14 Display Mask
Removing the Display Mask
To remove the display mask, follow the steps below and refer to Figures 4-34 and 4-35.
1.
Turn off the power to the computer, then disconnect the AC adapter and all
external cables connected to the computer.
2.
Remove the battery pack as described in Section 4.2.
3.
Carefully remove two screw masks at the bottom corners of the display assembly.
NOTE: Support the display with your hand, a book, or a support block when
you remove the masks.
4.
Remove two M2.5x6 screws that were covered by the screw masks.
