Voicemail List

The Voicemail List displays a list of extensions assigned to your 480i that have registered
voicemail accounts associated with them. Usually your voicemail account number is the
same as your extension number. The list will include any voicemail accounts for
directory numbers assigned to your phone.
If you select an extension from the list:
•
The voicemail system is automatically dialed.
•
You automatically access the voice mailbox associated with the extension you
selected.
•
You are prompted for your mailbox password.
The envelope icon
unread voicemail message attached to it.

Access Voicemail from the List

Press Services key.
Use or to scroll to Voicemail.
Press Select or .
Use or to scroll to the voice
mailbox that you want to access.

Press .
Or

Press the Speaker key.
Follow the voicemail system prompts.
Result
The Voicemail list screen displays.
There is an entry for each directory
number on your phone with a
voicemail access ID.
The number is automatically dialed.
