Description
Controls the Hold feature.
•
Accesses the Redial list of to 100 previously dialed numbers.
•
Controls the Last Number Redial feature.
Controls the Transfer feature.
Intercom is not used by Aastra Intecom.
Controls the Conference feature.
Accesses features that customize the phone.
Accesses the Callers List.
Hangs up the phone or cancels any function, places the phone in the idle
state, and displays the idle state screen.
Activates the Speaker or Headset depending upon audio mode.
Controls the Mute feature.
Sets the volume for the ringer, handset, headset, and speaker.
Connects you to a line or call. The 480i has 4 line/call appearance hard
keys.
Softkeys – 6 programmable state-based softkeys.
Navigation keys:
Up and Down arrows (

Allow you to scroll through menu selections, such as the Options
List.
Right and Left arrows (

Allow you to view line/call appearances.
•
Allow you to exit and enter a specific option in the Options list.

If editing entries on the display:

The erases the character on the left.
