Chocolate dessert

Ingredients
200 g dark chocolate
200 g butter
200 g caster sugar
3 egg yolks
3 egg whites

Rack
Method
Melt together the chocolate and butter
in a pan over a low heat. Leave to cool
slightly, and then beat in the sugar and
egg yolks.
Start the Automatic programme or pre-
heat the oven.
Beat the egg whites and fold into the
mixture.
Place the mixture in the greased
ramekins, place the ramekins on the
rack and place the rack in the oven.
