Chocolate dessert

Preparation time: 55–60 minutes
Serves 6–8
Ingredients
200 g dark chocolate
200 g butter or margarine
200 g sugar
3 egg yolks
3 egg whites
Accessories
Saucepan
6–8 ramekins or muffin cases ( 10 cm)

Preparation
Melt together the chocolate and butter
in a pan over a low heat. Leave to cool
slightly, and then beat in the sugar and
egg yolks.
Start the Automatic programme or pre-
heat the oven.
Beat the egg whites until stiff, and fold
them gently into the chocolate mixture.
Place the mixture in the greased
ramekins, place the ramekins on the
rack and place the rack in the oven.
