Anti-splash insert HGBB 71
You will find this insert indispensable
when grilling or roasting using the
universal tray. The insert fits in the
universal tray and the juices from the
food being grilled or roasted collect
underneath the insert. This means that
the food is not sitting in the juices and
so can become crispy all over. The
juices can then be used for making
delicious gravy and sauces.
