Place the rolls on a baking tray or the
Gourmet perforated baking tray.
Method for pretzels
Place the pretzels on a baking tray lined
with baking parchment. Leave to thaw
for 10 minutes and scatter with rock
salt.

Thanks to the PerfectClean finish,
baking and universal trays do not need
to be greased or lined with baking
parchment unless you are baking items
with a high sodium content like

macaroons and meringue.
