Using the Spacer
If you see vertical creases in your printed media that have not improved after adjusting the Feeding
Tension and Take-up Tension settings, you can install the spacer that came with your product in the
slot on the media loading lever.

Removing the Spacer
The spacer is attached to the left leg of the product stand. To use the spacer, you need to remove it from
the stand. When you finish using the spacer, you can store the spacer in the same location.
1. Using the large hexagon wrench that came with your product, loosen the screws securing the spacer
to the product stand as shown. Do not remove the screws.
