Avoiding an area: functions
To switch to navigation mode: press the ß button.

To show the menu: press the controller.

To select Options Options: turn and press the controller.

Select Route Settings Route Settings.

Select Avoid/Use Avoid/Use Options

Select Avoid Avoid Area Area.

The "Avoid area" list appears.
Activating/deactivating the blocked area:
To select an area: turn and press the controller.

Switch blocking on O or off ª.
Displaying/changing the area:
To select an area: turn the controller.

Slide VY the controller.
X
To select Display/Change Display/Change: press the controller.
X
The map with the crosshair appears.
Press the controller.
X
The area currently blocked is displayed as a red square.
To view an area without changing it: press the controller.
X
To change an area: turn and press the controller.
X
A message appears stating that the area has been set.
Deleting an area:
To select an area: turn and press the controller.
X
Select Delete. Delete
X
A prompt appears asking whether you wish to delete the area.
Select Yes Yes or No. No
X
After selecting Yes, the area is deleted. Yes
