5. Press the top housing and base together using the FLX-60 Bench tool or Hand tool.
Caution: Ensure that the seam (reference 1) between the top housing and base of the FLX-60 Crimp/pierce connector is less
than 0,2 mm (+/- 0,15).
Note: The required force to press the top housing and base together (close around cable) is approximately 4850 Newton.

6. Repeat from step 2 until all FLX-60 Crimp/pierce connectors are installed.
7. Install an FLX Amphenol Male connector with rectangular insert (reference 6) at one side of the connector string and an FLX
Amphenol Female connector with rectangular insert (reference 7) at other side of the connector string.
- Reference 1 : Pin 1. Connected with white wire 1.
- Reference 2 : Pin 2. Connected with white wire 2.
- Reference 3 : Pin 3. Connected with red wire.
- Reference 4 : Pin 4. Connected with black wire.
- Reference 5 : Notch.
