Causes
Check if the magnetic brush is formed uniformly. Replace
the developer unit if any foreign matter (see page 1-5-14).
Clean the shading plate.
Clean the transfer belt. Replace the intermadiate transfer
unit if it is extremely dirty (see page 1-5-17).
Clean the transfer roller. Replace the transfer roller unit if it
is extremely dirty (see page 1-5-17).
Perform the LSU dust shield glass cleaning.
Check procedures/corrective measures
Reinsert the connector. Also check for conti-
nuity within the connector cable. If none,
replace the cable.
High voltage PWB and engine PWB (YC15)
High voltage PWB sub and engine PWB
(YC13)
Replace the high voltage PWB
(see page 1-5-36).
Replace the high voltage PWB sub
(see page 1-5-36).
Replace the engine PWB (see page 1-5-32).
If the display shows the message requesting
toner replenishment, replace the container.
Perform the drum refresh operation.
Check procedures/corrective measures
Reinsert the connector. Also check for conti-
nuity within the connector cable. If none,
replace the cable.
High voltage PWB and engine PWB (YC15)
Replace the high voltage PWB.
Replace the engine PWB (see page 1-5-32).
Perform the drum refresh operation.
