Processing a Parcel With Optional Parcel Rating Module
5. Select, if needed, any applicable special services (such as COD,
Oversize, etc.) associated with that class option and select
Done.
6. Place the parcel on the scale.
NOTE:

Remove the parcel and obtain the correct weight for this par-
cel from another source. Then:
A. Press Weigh/Rate and select Enter manual weight.
B. Key in the correct weight (you may change how you enter
the weight between kg or g) and select Continue.

7. The internal rating feature calculates the total postage based on
the weight and the class/options selected and displays it on the
screen (an example is shown below):

(this may happen when rating a very heavy parcel using
some international rates). Press Clear (back arrow). You
will need to bring this parcel to your local Canada Post retail
location for rating.
8. Place the parcel (or tape sheet if parcel
is too big for machine) up against the
registration wall of the sys tem and slide
it to the right until the sys tem grasps it.
The system prints the dig i tal indicia and
ejects the parcel/tape sheet. If need be,
place the tape sheet on the parcel.
