Problems Connecting to the Data Center via the PC
You can access www.pb.com using Internet Explorer but you
are having problems downloading files to your machine
1. Right click on the PC Meter Connect
net Settings...
Select
"Internet
Settings..."
2. At the Internet Settings configuration screen, choose Active for
FTP Mode (see screen below) and click OK.
