Trouble Fault Inquiry

Fault Description
1 - Accessory Module Failure

Condition:
No communication with the DX4020 / ITS-DX4020G if DX4020 / ITS-DX4020G is programmed.
Restore:
Communication with DX4020 / ITS - DX4020G is normal and fault is reset.

Network / IP Module 1 Failure
Report the DX4020 / ITS - DX4020G fault to configured destination on address 124 when
the fault is detected.
Slow flash FAULT indicator (refer to Keypad Indicators for the detailed description).
When the fault is reset, send the restored report to the configured destinations. The
FAULT indicator is turned off, when there is no other system fault.
Output Expansion Module Failure
– Both addresses 0144
and 0145 are set to 0
– Extension system is used
in the telephone network
– The telephone network
support ADSL as well
– The zone silent alarm is
enabled
– The transmission format
of the receiver is
programmed to 0 = not
used
– The parameters of ITS-
DX4020-G are not
properly set.

0144 to a number from 1
to 15. Program the
address 0145 to 1
– Add dial delay in
programming
