When another telephone receives a call (pick-up call)

With your receiver on-hook, enter the number of the ringing telephone.
Scroll to the Pick-up menu item.
Confirm selection. Your telephone rings and you answer the call as usual.

Scroll to the Put on hold menu item.

operating procedure, the ringer tone sounds again and you can answer the call.
