Before you can access the applications under My Info Portal, you have to sign up for a My Info Portal
account.
Note: Your Account Information is Secure
Information you provide when you set up an account is securely transmitted using the HTTPS
security protocol.
To enable My Info Portal:

If you previously exited a Launch Pad application without first returning to the Launch Pad's main
window, or if a Launch Pad window times out, the next time you access Launch Pad, the last
window you viewed will display, not the Launch Pad's main window. To display the Launch Pad's
main window, tap the Home or LaunchPad soft key.
1 Tap the My Info Portal icon.
2 From the My Info Portal – Welcome screen, tap Sign Up, and then enter your account information.
