The disc fault log contains up to 44 entries, is not read destructive, and
upon being read may include up to 30 entries contained in controller
RAM. (Refer to paragraph 8-14 for more information concerning the fault
log.)
TERROR/DERROR codes returned can be decoded using table 8-2. The
Hardware Fault Register (HFR) bits are decoded as follows:
