DESCRIPTION
SAMPLED SERVO TIMING
output
to
POSITION DEMODULATOR.
SSDEMOD-H
gates the demodulation of the A versus B
dibits in the sampled servo circuit.
SSDEMOD-H
can be monitored at pin 2 of
the servo test point PCA.
SAMPLED SERVO TIMING
differential
output which controls the operation of the
SAMPLED SERVO SWITCH. This switch al-
lows only the sampled servo information
prerecorded between data sectors to reach
the SAMPLED SERVO AMPLIFIER.
See
SMPN, SMPP.
SSEN-L
and
SSEN-H
are connected to the
SAMPLED SERVO SWITCH in read/write
PCA-A2. See figure
~
.
SAMPLED SER VO
TIMING
output
to
POSITION DEMODULATOR and SERVO
CONTROLLER.
SSGT-L
is a window of the
sampled servo code dibits.
SSGT-L
can be monitored at pin 34 of the
servo test point PCA.
Differential output from SAMPLED SERVO
AMPLIFIER.
SSRVN
is connected to the
POSITION DEMODULATOR and
SSRVP
is
connected
to
the
SAMPLED
SER VO
TIMING circuit.
Measurement point for
SSRVP.
SSRVPT
can be monitored at pin
1
of the
servo test point PCA.
SER YO
CONTROLLER
output
to
SAMPLED/DEDICATED
SELECT
switch
and
the
SAMPLED
SERVO
TIMING.
SSSL-L
controls the selection of the sampled
or dedicated servo error signal
(SPOS
or
OPOS.)
