from the drive.
b.
Disconnect connector PIon power supply out-
put cable W4 (SS) from connector J2 on power
supply PCA-A4 (60).
c. Partially withdraw PCA-A4 (60) from the drive
mainframe (90) and disconnect connector PI
on power supply input cable W3 (59) from
connector J 1 on PCA-A4 (60).
d. Remove PCA-A4 (60) from the drive.
CAUTION
Ensure that the 2-pin connector on
PCA-A4 is plugged into the proper volt-
age configuration connector (" 115V" for
90-132 Vac; "230V" for ISO-264 Vac) on
PCA-A4. (Details of drive voltage con-
figuration are provided in Section II of
the H P

Reinstallation is a reversal of the removal
procedure.
6-1S. PRIMARY POWER PCA-AS
To remove primary power PCA-AS (61, figure 9-1),
proceed as follows:
a. Remove the front panel (refer to paragraph
6-S) and front cover (refer to paragraph 6-9)
from the drive.
b.
Disconnect connector P2 on primary power
cable WI (S7) from connector J4 on PCA-AS
(61).
c. Disconnect connector BIPI on the motor (74)
brake cable from connector J3 on PCA-AS
(61).
d.
Disconnect connector P5 on power supply out-
put cable W4 (SS) from conllector J5 on
PCA-AS (61).

e. Disconnect connector P2 on power supply in-
put cable W3 (59) from connector J7 on
PCA-AS (61).
f. Disconnect connector B 1 P2 on the motor B 1
(74) power cable from connector J I/J2 on
PCA-AS (61).
g.
Detach power supply input cable W3 (59) from
the cable retainer on PCA-AS (61).
h.
Partially withdraw power supply PCA-A4 (60)
from the drive.
i. Disconnect connector Pion power supply out-
put cable W4 (SS) from connector J2 on power
supply PCA-A4 (60).
j.
Remove primary power PCA-AS (61) from the
drive.
CAUTION
Ensure that the motor (74) power con-
nector is plugged into the proper voltage
configuration connector ("Jl-1l5V" for
90-132 Vac; "J2-240V" for IS0-264 Va c)
on PCA-AS. (Details of drive voltage
configura tion are provided in Section
II

Reinstalla tion is a reversal of the removal process.
6-19. START CAPACITOR Cl
To remove start capacitor Cl (62, figure 9-1),
proceed as follows:
a. Remove primary power PCA-AS (refer to
paragraph 6-1S) from the drive.
b.
Remove capacitor Cl (62) and cap (63) from
the retainer on PCA-AS (61). Disconnect the
wire assembly (64) from the capafitor (62).
Reinstallation is a reversal of the removal process.
