3-4-6. 15KRGB Level Adjustments

1. Input the 15K RGB 100% Color bar signal to INPUT-A,
select INPUT-A, and select RGB using SIGNAL SE-
LECT.
2. Set BA MATRIX of Device adjust at the menu.
3. Select 11 YUV COM, and adjust using the ← and →
keys so that the level of the left bar becomes the same as
the level of the cursor at the top.
4. Select 12 YUV COL, and adjust using the ← and →
keys so that the levels of the right bar and left bar be-
come the same.
5. Select 04 SUB HUE, and adjust using the ← and → keys
so that the two bars at the center become flat.
6. Move the cursor to the SAVE TO MEMORY line of de-
vice adjust, and press the ENTER key."

3-4-7. W/B HIGH Adjustments

1. Input the W/B HIGH adjustment signal to INPUT-A, and
connect an oscilloscope to TP5505.
2. Set BB GAMMA of Device adjust of the menu.
3. Set LEVEL:1, and adjust the cursor at the bottom of the
oscilloscope to the same level as the signal.
4. Set LEVEL:7, and adjust the cursor at the top of the os-
cilloscope to the same level as the signal.
5. Set W/B Adjust HIGH on the menu.
6. Adjust Blue BIAS so that the 12.5IRE part of the W/B
HIGH adjustment signal matches the cursor at the bot-
tom of the oscilloscope.
7. Adjust Blue GAIN so that the 87.5IRE part of the W/B
HIGH adjustment signal matches the cursor at the top of
the oscilloscope.
8. Perform the tracking of (6) and (7).
9. Input the W/B HIGH adjustment signal to INPUT-A, and
connect an oscilloscope to TP5502.
10. Set BB GAMMA of Device adjust of the menu.
11. Set LEVEL:1, and adjust the cursor at the bottom of the
oscilloscope to the same level as the signal.
12. Set LEVEL:7, and adjust the cursor at the top of the os-
cilloscope to the same level as the signal.
13. Set WB Adjust HIGH on the menu.
14. Adjust Green BIAS so that the 12.5IRE part of the W/B
HIGH adjustment signal matches the cursor at the bot-
tom of the oscilloscope.
15. Adjust Green GAIN so that the 87.5IRE part of the W/B
HIGH adjustment signal matches the cursor at the top of
the oscilloscope.
16. Perform the tracking of (14) and (15).
Adjust GND to the bottom edge in the DC1V range.

17. Input the W/B HIGH adjustment signal to INPUT-A, and
connect an oscilloscope to TP5508.
18. Set BB GAMMA of Device adjust of the menu.
19. Set LEVEL:1, and adjust the cursor at the bottom of the
oscilloscope to the same level as the signal.
20. Set LEVEL:7, and adjust the cursor at the top of the os-
cilloscope to the same level as the signal.
21. Set WB Adjust HIGH on the menu.
22. Adjust Red BIAS so that the 12.5IRE part of the W/B
HIGH adjustment signal matches the cursor at the bot-
tom of the oscilloscope.
23. Adjust Red GAIN so that the 87.5IRE part of the W/B
HIGH adjustment signal matches the cursor at the top of
the oscilloscope.
24. Perform the tracking of 22 and 23.
25. Select SAVE TO MEMORY at the W/B ADJUST page
of the menu, press ENTER, and save the data.
26. Set Device adjust of the menu, select BA MATRIX, and
return the 19 ADJ MODE from 1 to 0.
27. Press ENTER, select SAVE TO MEMORY of the menu,
press ENTER again, and save the data.
