Using Global Search

To use the Global Search feature either press the

Local Search from the menu.
To perform a Global Search for a contact :
Select
abc

Back
Context-sensitive soft key, select Search, and select
1. Press the

soft key to choose a search criteria from
the following:
— 1. User Name
— 2. Name
— 3. First Name
— 4. Last Name
— 5. Phone Number
2. Press the
key to toggle between alphabetic and
numeric characters.
3. Use the dialpad to enter the search
information for the contact.
4. Press the

key to return to the previous menu.
When the search is unsuccessful, the
following message appears:
No entries found for<search criteria>
