9. To return to a previous field, press Back.
10. Enter text for the
next field.
After you move through all the information fields, the Add New
window appears.
11. To save your information and add the new contact to the Phonebook,
select Save.
12. Press OK.
The IP Phone 1535 Phonebook contains the new contract.

Contact selection

To find contacts, scroll through the list or use the search function.

Selecting contacts from the list

1. In idle mode, press PHONEBOOK.
2. Select List.
3. Press OK.
The IP Phone 1535 alphabetically lists all contacts currently in the
Phonebook.
4. Use the up and down navigation keys to select the desired contact.
5. Press OPTIONS.
The Options window appears.

Selecting contacts using the search function

1. In idle mode, press PHONEBOOK.
2. Select Search.
3. Press OK.
The Search window appears.
4. Enter part or all of the contact name.
5. Press OK.
