System Speed Dial - Inter-Tel Axxess User Manual

To view how your Station Speed-Dial keys are programmed:
1. Enter
2. Click the Station Speed-Dial key. The name and number will be displayed.
3. Click

To erase a Station Speed-Dial name and/or number:
1. Enter
2. Enter the desired location code 0-9 or click the desired Station Speed-Dial key.
3. Press BACKSPACE repeatedly until the name is erased.
4. Click
continue.
5. Press BACKSPACE repeatedly until the number is erased.
6. Click
Dialing Station Speed-Dial Numbers
To dial a Station Speed-Dial number:
If necessary, select an outgoing line. You have the following options:
•
To use a location number: Enter
Dial location number (0-9).
•
To use a Station Speed-Dial key: Click the desired Station Speed-Dial key.

System Speed Dial

Your System Administrator can store up to 1000 speed-dial numbers in System
Speed-Dial locations 000-999.
To view and/or dial System Speed-Dial numbers:
1. Click
SYS SPD
2. Enter the location code (000-999) for the desired number.
3. Click
