Grasp both sides of the paper, and slowly pull the paper out of the printer.

Rear cover
If the fuser cover is opened, lift it up (a) and close it (b).

Fuser cover
Sensor lever
Close the rear cover.

The paper jam message should be cleared.
"DUPLEX JAM 1"
Open and close the top cover.

The paper comes out of the printer and the paper jam message is cleared.
If the paper jam message is not cleared, follow the next steps.
