Open the top cover and remove the toner cartridge.

AUTION
•
Do not expose the toner cartridge to light for more than 3 minutes to avoid damage.
•
Do not expose the toner cartridge to direct sunlight to avoid damage.
•
Wrap the toner cartridge with a protective black plastic sheet to avoid damage.
Grasp both sides of the jammed paper and slowly pull the paper out of the

printer. Do not tear the paper.

•
If the jammed paper is stuck and you can not pull it out, remove the jammed paper as instructed
