Avoid damaging the sensor lever by touching it.
Replace the toner cartridge, close the top cover, plug in the power cord, and

turn the printer on.
Cleaning LSU (Laser Scanning Unit)
To obtain high quality from your printer, clean the LSU when the image has the light vertical lines
running through them.
Turn the printer off, open the top cover and remove the toner cartridge.

Pull up on the LSU cleaner and put it on the LSU.
