Specify the file margin values for the edges. Confirm your input by
pressing [OK].

What are the [FRONT], [BACK] and [BOTH SIDES] keys for?
Use these keys to specify the side for the settings will apply, i.e. the
front, back or both sides. The settings [BACK] and [BOTH SIDES]
are only available when making two-sided copies.
If you have selected "Reduce & Shift", the [BOTH SIDES] key is not
available. First set the edges for the front side. This value is also
used for calculating the reduction ratio. Then you can specify a
value for the back side. This does not change the reduction ratio.

What are the [UP SHIFT], [DOWN SHIFT], [LEFT SHIFT] and
[RIGHT SHIFT] keys for?
Press one of these keys. Then enter a value to shift the print area
in the corresponding direction. The settings for the edges can be
combined together.

When is the [PAGE SPACE] key enabled?
The [PAGE SPACE] key is only available when the "Booklet" or
"Image Repeat (Repeat 2)" application is enabled. The page
space determines the space left between the two pages on a copy.

Confirm your input by pressing [OK].

Change any other application settings. Confirm your settings by
pressing [OK].
The basic options are displayed again.

Change any other necessary system settings. Use the 10-Key Pad to
set the number of copies.

Load the originals
into the EDH
on the original glass.

Press the [START] key on the control panel to start the scanning cycle.
The copies are printed automatically after the scanning cycle.
